2. Online Store Terms

You may not use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

You may not use our website in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or interfere with its operation.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order.

3. Products and Services

We make every reasonable effort to display our products, colours, materials, sizes, and finishes accurately.

However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen, device, lighting, printing process, material, ink, foil, substrate, or manufacturing batch.

Minor variations are not necessarily considered defects.

We reserve the right to change, discontinue, or update products, specifications, pricing, or availability without prior notice.

4. Custom and Personalised Orders

Many Lötter Print Co products are custom-made.

This includes products that are:

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied is correct before production begins.

Once production has started, custom orders may not be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded merely because the customer changes their mind.

This does not affect any rights relating to defective, incorrect, or unlawfully supplied goods.

5. Artwork Approval

Where an artwork proof is supplied, it is the customer's responsibility to check:

  • Spelling
  • Grammar
  • Names
  • Contact details
  • Colours
  • Sizes
  • Layout
  • Quantities
  • Logos
  • Placement
  • Product specifications

Once artwork has been approved, the customer accepts responsibility for the approved content.

Lötter Print Co will not be liable for errors that appeared in an approved proof.

6. Customer-Supplied Artwork

Customers must ensure that artwork supplied to us is suitable for production.

We cannot guarantee perfect results from:

  • Low-resolution files
  • Blurry images
  • Screenshots
  • Poor-quality logos
  • Incorrect file dimensions
  • Incorrect colour profiles
  • Incomplete artwork
  • Customer-supplied spelling errors

Where possible, we may notify you of obvious artwork quality concerns before production.

7. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Customers warrant that they have the necessary rights or permission to use any logos, photographs, artwork, trademarks, designs, wording, or other intellectual property supplied to Lötter Print Co.

Lötter Print Co is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, or intellectual property disputes arising from customer-supplied material.

All original designs, website content, photographs, graphics, branding, and other intellectual property created by Lötter Print Co remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice.

Any quotation or online price is subject to the specifications selected by the customer.

Custom options, additional printing, special finishes, artwork services, delivery, setup fees, and other add-ons may result in additional charges.

If a pricing error occurs on the website, we reserve the right to correct the error before fulfilling the order.

If payment has already been made, we will contact the customer before proceeding where a material pricing error exists.

9. Payment

Orders may only enter production once the required payment has been successfully received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to delay production where payment has not cleared.

Payments are processed using available third-party payment providers.

Lötter Print Co does not control the processing times or technical systems of external payment providers or financial institutions.

10. Order Acceptance

Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has entered production.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where:

  • A product is unavailable
  • Incorrect pricing was displayed
  • Required artwork has not been supplied
  • Artwork cannot reasonably be produced
  • Payment has failed
  • The order breaches applicable law
  • The order contains offensive, unlawful, infringing, or prohibited content

If we cancel an order after receiving payment and production has not started, the applicable amount will be refunded.

11. Production Times

Production times shown on our website or communicated to customers are estimates unless specifically confirmed otherwise.

Production times may be affected by:

  • Order volume
  • Product availability

  • Artwork approval
  • Supplier delays
  • Load shedding or power interruptions
  • Equipment failure
  • Courier delays

12. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier, destination, weather, operational delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

Lötter Print Co is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.

Where a courier is used, delivery may also be subject to the courier's own terms and conditions.

13. Collection Orders

Where collection is available, customers should wait until they receive confirmation that their order is ready before collecting.

Orders may not be available before the confirmed completion time.

14. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy.

Custom, personalised, branded, printed, or made-to-order products are generally not returnable for change of mind once production has started.

Incorrect, defective, or damaged products will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and applicable South African consumer protection legislation.

15. Cancellations

Standard orders may be cancelled before processing or dispatch where reasonably possible.

Custom orders may only be cancelled before production has started.

Once materials have been ordered, artwork prepared, setup completed, printing begun, or production commenced, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Any costs already incurred may be deducted from any approved refund.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lötter Print Co will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

This includes losses resulting from delays, missed events, missed deadlines, loss of business, or loss of profits, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
